The results of the Secondary Education Transition Study (SETS) are set forth in this report, along with the ancillary publications, under the provisions of Contract DASW01-99-M-0774. MCEC Announces New Board of Directors Chair Posted: July 17, 2020

Military Child Education Coalition (MCEC) announced a change in its Board of Directors, with retired Navy Admiral Cecil D. Haney replacing retired Air Force General William M. Fraser III as Chair. Admiral Haney assumes his position on July 17, 2020.
